When will Dr. Chal give an opinion of the merits of the case?
He will want to withhold an opinion until after a thorough review of the treatment records and other evidence. He will want to see a clear trail demonstrating work below the accepted standard of care.

What is Dr. Chal's timetable for working on the case?
Understand that Dr. Chal is a full-time practicing dentist, therefore meetings and work on the case will need to be fit in around his patient treatment schedule.
